User Experience Researcher with a background in Psychology and a curiosity about the intersection between human behavior and technology.
An empath with an innate desire to understand others, and improve their day-to-day.

My name is Suzanne Nguyen, or Suzy, and I love to help every being. When I was young, I thought my empathy was a weakness holding me back. I eventually learned to embrace my empathy, and to let it empower me in all the ways I interact with people, animals, experiences, and challenges. I love getting understanding and observing how every thing works together in the grand scheme of everything, and being able to have empathy for and perspective of all aspects helps me accomplish a greater and more meaningful understanding of the big picture. It helps me see and choose human-centered solutions.

I want to make experiences, opportunities, learning, and every-day tasks accessible and possible for all. Technology is a relatively new, and constantly growing, development. There is endless potential for the ways it can improve lives, extend opportunities, encourage learning new skills, and help with tedious every-day tasks. I want to be apart of creating those bridges for everyone.
